We're back!

After taking some time off from writing to get through the holidays, and then also unintentionally taking off January because of all the awful viruses that were floating around, we're back with our weekly blog!

To start the year, we want to get ahead of the busy time for home listing, selling, and buying.

We know, we can hear you. "Home buying?" you say. "Don't you fix things in people's houses?" Ah, we sure do, but what if you're only fixing things because you are trying to sell your house and move into a new one? Well, we would fix that for you, too.

That said, the reality is that we aren't experts about what changes or fixes will get you the most money in your sale.
